Donnachiara, founded in 2005, is distinguished for its traditions, its modern appeal and its determination to preserve the best traditions of the Avellino region, which has been producing wine since the Roman era. The Petitto family, have produced brilliant, results for five generations, through their dedication to correct practices in the vineyards and the cellar with their wines being a true expression of the ‘made in Avellino’ stamp.
PROVENANCE
These grapes come from the Irpinia territory in Campania in the South of Italy.
TASTE PROFI LE
An intense ruby red colour, this wine offers a full, complex and intense bouquet of marasca, prunes and berries, with hints of spice notes. The palate is warm, elegant and persistent with a great structure. Best served with steak, game, truffle, pastas with full-bodied sauces and cheese.
