The Barolo “Caviot” of Ca ‘Viola is an intense and powerful red wine coming from the Langhe and based on Nebbiolo grapes originating in the municipality of Novello. It ages for 24 months in large oak barrels and comes in a ruby red garment with garnet hues, releasing an aromatic bouquet based on notes of violets, fresh roses, small red fruits, with balsamic details.
