Brilliant straw yellow. Floral and fruity notes on the nose. Fresh and lively in the mouth, then enveloping and silky. Long and persistent finish. Very fine perlage with a soft foam.
Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with fresh and soft cheeses, vegetable first courses, risotto with seafood and white meats.
