Out of stock
Donnachiara, founded in 2005, is distinguished for its traditions, its modern appeal and its determination to preserve the best traditions of the Avellino region, which has been producing wine since the Roman era. The Petitto family, have produced brilliant, results for five generations, through their dedication to correct practices in the vineyards and the cellar with their wines being a true expression of the ‘made in Avellino’ stamp.
These Falanghina grapes come from the heart of Taburno territory in Campania in the South of Italy.
A deep, rich straw yellow, this wine offers an intense fruit and floral notes of acacia and Kaiser pear, which is lifted by subtle impressions of apricot and candied citrus. The palate is dry and soft, with a great fresh acidity and a long lasting finish. Best served with pastas with light sauces, seafood and fresh cheese.
