Description
The vineyards are in Colli Orientali del Friuli in the northeast Italian region of Friulli-Venezia Giulia.
A portion of the grapes once harvested is left on the lees for 12 hours, allowing the aromas extraction before being blended again. This typical wine from the area of Friuli, once know as Tocai Friulano, has an intense mineral nose, floreal sensations, an elegant and well textured wine with a balanced finish. Best served with cured hams, light soups, fish and white meats.
