This wine is obtained from the vinification of 100% yellow Ribolla grapes, selected and harvested in our vineyards all located in the DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli area.
Grapes were harvested earlier to obtain a sparkling base with good acidity and not too high alcohol content (about 11.5% Vol) and very cold fermentation to favour the development of characteristic aromas and flavours. Ideal with appetizers (antipasti) and delicate first courses of both rice and pasta. Excellent with shellfish and steamed aromatic fish. It’s a fantastic wine for pairing with sushi.
