The “Nebbiolo Project” is central to the philosophy of the estate, it begins with this first, important selection from the Langhe. For the first time in 2005, the king of Piemontese varietals was vinified in this winery in
Dogliani, thanks to a splendid vineyard of 0.4 hectares in Novello, home of the great Barolo wines of Piemonte.
Ruby red with granite shades. Vivid nose with noteworthy complexity and breadth with notes of forest floor and wet earth. Elegant and powerful, reminiscent of Burgundy. Agile and austere with silky tannins. Long, gratifying finish with nice fruit notes. Suggested Serving Temperature: 16-17°C
