This wonderful sparkling wine is aged in steel tanks and then, for several months in the bottle. It makes a perfect aperitif or cocktail wine, especially when paired with hors d’oeuvre of fish.

This wine is bright, brilliant and abundant in ‘fizz’ and delivers a fine and persistent perlag,e which is delicate and slightly aromatic, followed by pleasing notes of citrus fruit in the mouth and a long, refreshingly, slightly bitter aftertaste.
