The Castello di Semivicoli Trebbiano d’Abruzzo di Masciarelli is produced entirely with Trebbiano grapes, harvested and selected by hand in THE vineyards located in the locality of Cascanditella, in the province of Chieti. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperature. Subsequently the wine always rests on the lees for 12 months prior to fining and bottling, in order to stabilize its organoleptic characteristics.
I has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with elegant hints of apple, apricot and iris, overripe pineapple and mint. In the mouth it is balanced and vibrant, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with white meats and fish.
