With the same attention, grapes are carefully selected and re-checked before they are crushed and de-stemmed in the cellar, where they are kept in steel tanks to enable fermentation of the skins. The substances contained in the skins; fruity polyphenols and tannins, help create a journey in the glass. Each step takes place at a controlled temperature.

Colour: purplish red, intense and brilliant, turning slowly towards orange with ageing, consistent
Bouquet: large, intense, persistent, fine, ripe red fruit and spicy, enriching pleasantly with time
Palate: warm, smooth, quite tannic, full-bodied, balanced, intense and persistent with a final pleasing taste that is subtle and elegant. The aftertaste is pleasantly spicy and harmonious, becoming velvety with ageing.
