A delicate, aromatic Prosecco made from Glera grapes grown on the best hillsides of Cordignano, Sarmede and Fregona (Treviso). It is bright and brilliant, with a fine-grained perlage. It makes a wonderful aperitif thanks to its stylish, typical bouquet with notes of apple and wisteria blossoms, leaving a delicate mineral note on the finish. It is an exceptional match for pasta, risotto, fish and vegetables and dry pastries. Best enjoyed chilled, at 8° C.
